The Cellar

The cellars where the grapes are processed are an extraordinary combination of old barrels and modern steel tanks placed in the two 17th century wings under the barn, characterized by a striking architecture with exposed girders. They spread on a surface over 2000 meters which includes different areas for the processing steps too.
